I was using this addon until a couple of days before in my Studio 2019, it is not working now (when I open a file for translation no NMT appears in the Translation Memory window even though I have enabled it in the "Use..." dropdown button in Project settings. When I log in to my account in SDL Language cloud, I see the message "Payment error" but there is no option to go to my subscription and buy more credits or change my credit card. Please let me know how to do that. It's URGENT as I need to work on some projects with NMT! Thx.!
