Evaluation period has expired

Hi,

When I open Trados this morning, a message told me the evaluation has expired and then it asks me to activate my license, which I already did.

I cannot reset my activation code because I already had the "issue" 3 times and already reseted the code 3 times. What should I do and why does Trados ask me to activate my license regularly even if I'm working with the same license on the same computer and my license has no expiry date?

I already had this problem last week and someone from the trados team reseted my activation code for me but now this is happening again and I don't know what to do.
