I seem to be experiencing the same issue as described in other recent posts. I am currently traveling for the summer and working on my laptop. Before leaving, I made sure to deactivate the trados license on my desktop computer. Then I successfully activated the license on the laptop, now the problem is that every time I close Trados on the laptop, at the next start I'm being asked to activate the license again. And the license is always "already in use", so I'm forced to reset it first.
I need help to reset the license since I've already done it 3 times, but ideally I would also need a solution to fix the problem since I will be needing to use Trados on my laptop for the next few weeks.
