Hello, I bought a 12 month subscription in October 2020, which is therefore still valid, however I'm trying to open Studio today and it keeps asking for the activation. I have tried to reactivate it but it doesn't work and the software is closed automatically. Also, this subscription no longer appears in my SDL account. Could anyone help please?

The subscription is still in your account. Make sure you log in with the right e-mail address.

Hi Elisa, it's telling me that I have reached the maximum number of activations. I don't understand, I always use the same computer. I'm completely stuck.

Hi, once again I have trouble activating Studio. The other day, I did nothing and it started to work again? I used it this morning and it was ok, now it's telling me that I have exceeded the number of devices. It's really an issue because I cannot work on projects properly.
Are you using VPN? or do you have a flash drive connected? Please check for these and then restart your Windows.
