I purchased SDL Trados Trados Studio 2019. I upgraded 2021 from 2019 free of cost. 2019 and 2021 both were in my computer. I reset my computer. 2019 lost and all lost. Again I downloaded 2021 Trial version. I tried to activate. But it shows in use in my license tab. I reset but shows error. Please help me how to deactivate as it was done before and reactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance trail version.
