I needed to format my computer, but I could not deactivate the Trados license before this procedure. Therefore, my Trados license is on my external hard drive and I cannot activate it on my computer again. I would like to know if it is possible for you to deactivate it so that I can use the license code again. Thank you.

The license is not bound to a specific device, it's only linked to your SDL account, so you can use it on a device of your choice.
