I've installed Trados 2021 but am unable to import packages. Whenever I double click on a package to import a translation or open a new package, it opens a new Trados window instead of the usual pop-up. How can I fix this?

Both of you are mentioning unwanted second instances of Studio opening
It was advised that this article has a very high success rate: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge. This basically re-writes all of the registries that handle how Studio-relevant files are being open when being "double-clicked".
