Why can't you activate the product the same way you have for years.  What is the problem you are trying to solve?

I active the license in LAN network for years, it still work in LAN network.

But there are many staffs work from home due to pandemic effect I need to public to the internet to active the license from their home.

It looks as though you have at least four options:

1. Speak with your IT and organise access to your LAN via a VPN for example, OR
2. Arrange for some additional activation code licences, OR
3. Arrange for activation code licences instead of  your licence server, OR
4. create offline licence certificates when you know you’ll be working from a public location
