When we activated our license, it was a temporary license until the invoice was paid.
Since then I have to deactivate this license to enter the current valid license, but it is impossible to deactivate this license.( error: revocation is not allowad for an expired license)
This license expires in 2 days. We have been in contact with our sales representative (Mrs LEDEUN) for a week but we have not found a solution. (We made a request to reset the license but it did not change anything)
Can you come back to us very quickly?
