Dear,
I'm trying to connect to the servers in order to install some plug-ins.
However, I got an error message stating that I don't have internet connection, which is not the case.
I'd appreciate your help on what can I do to solve this problem.

But you can also download and install the apps manually from the appstore if you continue to have a problem.
