Hello, after having had several issues with Windows 7, including a Studio 2019 issue, I have at last decided to upgrade to Windows 10. (The Studio 2019 issue was that when I started the program, I received the following message: "An error occurred while sending the request". After that I could not access the SDL Language Cloud. I solved this by renaming the file LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin. ) Now, however, my attempts to deactivate my Studio 2019 licence are unsuccessful. Error message: "Deactivation failed. Error[202]:lock info is not matching." I found an article about the unsuccessful deactivation of a network licence, but my licence is a Freelance Plus, so I do not know if the solution suggested there will work for me.

I tried resetting the licence, but the above error ("An error occurred while sending the request") reappeared, and i still could not deactivate my licence.

Would be grateful for tips!
