Hi,
I have bought a new laptop and do not have access to my old laptop. I had uninstalled Trados Studio 2019 Freelance from my old laptop. I am now trying to activate my license on my new laptop but I am not able to do so. I tried deactivating offline but that didn't work. I tried resetting my license but that didn't work either. Can you please help?
