I reset my license by mistake instead of deactivating it to reactivate it on my new computer. What should I do ?
What does that mean? If you haven't activated it on the new one yet then why don't you just deactivate on the old one and then activate on the new one? It also helps to tell us what version you are using when you return to explain your problem with a little more detail.

Sorry my explanation was not clear, I am pretty lost here. Here are more details :
- In the license section of my account, I clicked on "Reset my license" a few days ago, by mistake. I should not have done that.
- Now, when I try to deactivate Studio on my old computer, I get the following message : "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded".
- But on my new computer, I get the "Activate the trial version, 30 days left, or buy a license" screen when I open Studio. I then click on my account and when I open it, I can see my activation code, and the following numbers : user : 1, in use : 0 , available : 1. This seems thus to suggest that my license is available but not in use, but the only active CTA on which I can click is "Unable to activate on line. Get an activation certificate off line. I clicked on this, but I am then asked for an installation ID, which I do not have.
