Wrong company after upgrade to SDL Trados 2021

Question

Yesterday I have upgraded to SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance.
1. When I login in Studio, the company name that appears is wrong. I have changed it a long time ago, but now it pops up again. I don't want to use this name any longer.
2. I cannot login to Trados Live; the screen remains blank.

 Can you please advise if you hold more than one SDL account, and also if the name of the changed was made on that account that you have used for the upgrade purchase? 
 For the Issue with Trados live I have opened a case for you with the technical team ( Case number: 00617482 )
