I've changed my computer, but I forgot to release the license for trados 2021 freelancer. Then, I tried to reset my license on the website https://gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing. But, I failed. Could you please do me a favor to force release my license?

I'm having the same problem. I can't deactivate my license on the old system and resetting it in my account (I'm guessing this would release my license?) doesn't work.
