Hi,

I'm working with Trados Studio 2021 + systrans

This morning after trying to include an observation in a segment I couldn't continue.

The error is the following:

I repaired Trados Studio, and renamed 15.00.000 and SdlIdentityCredentials files. Nothing worked. Now I can't uninstall Trados Studio 2021
