Hi,
firstly I installed the test version, one week later I bought the paid version SDL Trados Studio 2021 online, but cannot install it. Everytime when I tried to install it, it makes an error which says it detected a higher version and need to remove it. I tried to remove the test version on my lap top everywhere. I hope I deleted all the traces of the test version, but still cannot install the paid version. It keeps to make the same error as metioned. Please help me.
