I can't use TRADOS..it's getting so hard using it..no internet connection it says

Hi there,
i hope this email message you well. It's really hard to get in contact with someone and again i can't use my TRADOS. I really didn't imagine to have so many problems to be true. Now i can't use it because it says that there's no connection to internet (this actually already from a period but then i didn't need it). But my pc has connection to internet and i constantly work through internet, so really i can't understand why trados tell me that there's no connection. When i try to translate using cloud or anything else, it always says same message: no connection to internet and also there's a notification telling the same. I read the article and tried to go to the settings of my pc and to change something but i actually don't know what to change. At first i didn't have this problem. I don't understand but, again, i can't use it. I also installed the upgrading today and made restart of pc, but nothing, always the same message. Could you please help me with this?
