multiterm 2021 have Corrupted How Can I reinstall it

I have tried resolution1 1. Go to C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL MultiTerm\ 2. Rename: For Multiterm 2021 rename the MultiTerm16 folder to MultiTerm16_OLD 
 33. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and right-click on the SDL MultiTerm 2017/ 2019/ 2021 Desktop and select Repair. 
 but it wouldn't work and the I reinstalled multiterm but old folder still there. How to get a fresh reinstall of multiterm2021

 Simply reinstalling Multiterm won't always help if something in the installation has been corrupted. 
 Therefore, please try to repair/reset Multiterm, which will often resolve the problem
