License deactivated in the middle of a project and won't reactivate (Language Cloud subscription)

Question

I was in the middle of a project and all of a sudden I got a pop-up saying there were too many users or something along those lines and then Trados closed itself. I tried to activate my license (Language Cloud subscription) but it just says one or more errors occurred and closes Trados directly. 
 My subscription is still valid and I haven't used it on any other machines. Please help, I need to get work done!
