Language Cloud Subscription - License deactivated

Hello,

I am using the cloud based version of SDL Trados, and today I am not able to login. The error message is the following:

Information dialog box stating 'The product license has been deactivated and SDL Trados Studio will now exit. To start SDL Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.

I have already tried to solve this by following every article and question and discussions in this topic (deactivation and licensing also), I even chatted with the chatbot, but no luck so far. 

Any idea would be very welcome, as I have very tight deadlines, obviously.
