When I launch Trados Studio, it needs the licence number: When I copy-past the licence number, the reply is "L'activation a échoué" ("Activation failed").
How to make to run correctly again ???

I think I have the same problem. Sometimes, I'm working in Trados Studio (Freelance 2019) and the program shuts down by itself all of a sudden (mostly when I confirm a target segment, but not always). When I try to reopen it, a licence activation message appears with the message "La période d'évaluation a expiré (37)" and an "Activate" button. However, my licence is already activated and I bought a licence that doesn't expire. At other times, I shut down or restart my PC after work, and the same message appears when I try to open the program after starting my PC. At times, I have to restart my PC two or even three times before the program magically works again. Is there any solution to this problem? I've been experiencing this problem for at least a year now, on and off... If I have to start a new thread for this problem, please advise me. Thank you!
