I'm curious. When you typed "Deactivation" into the title of your post you would have seen this:
Did you look at this? I'm just wondering why users don't use this because it would a lot faster than waiting for some help given the same question comes up quite often. For example... the fifth question is pretty much exactly what you need and I would have answered it the same way:
I'm genuinely curious about why you didn't use this as it's really very helpful? I wonder if there is something more we could have done here to make it obvious for you?
