Reset my license and remove all licenses of previous Trados versions

I had a PC crash last Friday and had to take my CPU to recover Windows (10), without being able to return my license, as I could not access any of the  installed programs. I could work over the week-end with my notebook, activating the "extra" license. Now, with my CPU back, I tried to activate my original license, but it's impossible (I'm using the 30 day option).

Also, in the Licenses page, I see I never returned my previous versions of Trados (2017, 2014 and earlier). They are all "in use"... I'd like to correct this, so as to have a "clean" page.

I know all this is a mess, but once upon a time you helped me so well and easy, that I dare asking you for help again.

I am a true Trados user with a valid license!! :o)
