If Studio is installed you simply need to open it, click Activate, copy / paste your license code and click Activate again. If it`s not installed, install it and then follow those steps.

I haven't installed it yet. Do I have to download it first, and should "SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15" and "SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 CU7 Desktop Installer" shown on the Download page of my account be downloaded?

Yes, you need to download and install SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 CU15. If you need SDL MultiTerm 2017 SR1 CU7 Desktop Installer you can install it as well but this is optional.
