I want to deactivate one of our Trados 2019 license to upgrade the license to 2021 (already bought). I iniciate the deactivation by the program not offline.
The firewall doesn't block anything. but the following error occurs:
In our account, the license has no expiry date.
Could you please help me by deactivating the license?
