Hello Camilla Grthe,
Your 2015 and 2017 licenses were removed from your SDL account when you processed the upgrades to the higher version.
You have a 2021 license now which means that you can use Studio 2021 and Studio 2019 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033843
It is not possible to use Studio 2015 and 2017 anymore.
Thank you,
Sorin
Thanks Sorin for clarifying. I found out that all my problems might be resolved if I get teh "SDL Trados Compatibility and Migration Power Pack" but I cannot find it anywhere - has it been removed? I need to read in older TMs and I need to export into older file formats all of a sudden and this is for a major client - why would they make 2021 totally incompatible with the generic file formats? I think I want my money back after my initial disappointment of none of the 2019 bugs having been fixed and the program crashing just as often as before :/ Do you know where to find this Power Pack? THANX
Hello,
You can download it from SDL Appstore: https://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-trados-compatibility-and-migration-power-pack/1101/
Thank you,
Sorin
THANKS SO MUCH -- I found it now and installed it but it is not doing anything :0
Like when I want to open a TM and click on the arrow for the file format there is still no option and the app is not under add-ins either ..... ???
Hello,
If the plugin has been installed correctly you should have the "Upgrade Translation Memories" option in the Translation Memories view - see below screenshot.
If it doesn`t work please explain in more details exactly what you want to do.
Thank you,
Sorin

Just found this note in my Trados integrate app store: "VERY IMPORTANT :
ONLY USE THE INTEGRATED APPSTORE TO DOWNLOAD THIS IF YOU HAVE TRADOS STUDIO SR1 CU5/CU7 INSTALLED. FOR EARLIER VERSIONS OF 2021 YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE APP FROM THE APPSTORE ON THE WEB" It's installing it into Trados internally right now so I hope this did the trick -- say a little prayer for me ;)
