Studio 2019 license activation/ deactivation status between the software and account is not match correspondingly

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to Studio 2021 from Studio 2019 professional.

It has shown that Studio 2019 deactivated, but in my SDL account the Studio 2019 license still in use. License activation/ deactivation status between the software and account is not match correspondingly. (Please see screenshots above)

SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional license information showing 1 user, 1 in use, and 0 available.

Firstly, tried deactivate license offline and reset license but both get error messages.

Error message 'An error has occurred' with instructions to try reloading the page.

Error message 'We're sorry but we cannot complete your activation. It seems that you have a problem. Please contact support.'

The last thing I try is to rename or delete Studio.lic in C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data according to the following discussion thread but still got stuck.

Please assist with the situation describing above. (There are a few projects on going but can't do anything regarding this situation....)
