Please try the following steps:
1. Close Trados Studio 2019 and the error message.
2. Search for SDL Plugin Management in Windows Search field.
3. Uninstall the Advanced Display Filter plugin if you have it installed.
4. Close SDL Plugin Management.
5. Reopen Trados Studio 2019.
