How do I recover my License key? Help

I was about to finalize a translation when I got the following error message Error message in Trados Studio: 'Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches' with an OK button, above the loading screen of SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2.

I have now installed Trados and have no idea of what to do. I can´t afford to miss the deadline.
