Second license and language cloud not available

Hey!

I am owning the Freelance plus license of Studio 2021. From what I know, you are getting 2 licenses. I am running one on my main work PC and one on my laptop to be able to work on the go. Today, I had to work on my laptop and I saw, that the deepl plugin wasn't installed. When I tried to do that, I got the error message, that the language cloud wasn't connected. I also didn't have any option to log back on to fix that. 

I just logged into my account and it seems that Oe of the licenses has been revoked? I am not sure if I am reading it correctly. It says I am having 1 license and 1* and the star is for additional licenses. So that would be the second one but for some reason it is not in use at the moment?

How do I go from here?
