Hi,
I get this error when trying to open the WSXZ package file, saying 'Error Message: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {DE9C39C5-7957-46C5-9DC9-B1B68CA55577} failed due to the following error: 8007007e 지정된 모듈을 찾을 수 없습니다. (Exception from HRESULT" 0x8007007E).'
I currently use 2021 version and downloaded the WSXZ plug-in.

Often this error is caused by an incomplete installation of Studio.
Please close Studio, then navigate to the following location
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\TradosStudio2021SR1\Modules
Now double click to run the .msi-
Please let us know if this resolves the issue.
