Trados Live not working anymore

A year ago, August 2020, I bought Trados Studio Freelance, the subscription version. Several months later I wanted to be able to use Trados Studio on two computers so I purchased Trados Studio Freelance Pro license.

I thought that with this setup I would be able to use Trados Studio on three computers but that never worked, my account did not seem to have any indication that I ever bought the subscription version in August. It was frustrating and ultimately a waste of money but that's all water under the bridge at this point. 

Anyways, a few weeks ago I got emails urging me to renew my annual subscription which I declined to do because it never worked for me after I purchased the Freelance Pro license.

Since expiring, I can no longer use the Trados Live website or access any of my tools or resources within the cloud. When I log into Trados Live it says "Your subscription is blocked - payment error". 

So now, not only is my subscription version of Studio Freelance not working but my Freelance Pro version is no longer functioning and my resources are stuck in a cloud that I can't access.

Any ideas what I should do?
