Please see the the reply on case 00621000 where you received instructions on how to activate your license. I`ll provide more detailed instruction right here on how to activate the license. However, if you don`t manage to activate it please reply on the case and ask for a remote session:

1. Install SDL License Manager on the server: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/T2019/Licensing/SDLLicenseServerManager_2.0.27550.exe

2. Activate the Network license on the server: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039977

3. Connect Studio to the licensing server: click on Activate > Alternative activation options > Use a license server > type the name of the server where the license was activated in License Manager > click "Connect".
