I managed to deactivate the licence on my previous computer, I thought I had activated it on my new computer, but after a month, it seems my installation was only temporary. I have urgent work today and Studio's temporary installation expired. It requests an activation code, which I do not have and do not know how to get. All I have is a licence number, which it does not accept. 

I have a 2017 version and need to keep it, for the agency I mostly work with still uses that version and has not been successful with the more recent versions.
