You can deactivate the license from Studio > Help > Product Activation or you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

I tried this but it doesn't work.
I made some changes in my computer and I lost my previous .exe file.
Now I cant to deactivate Trados and to reinstall it again.

Your license has been reset and you can reactivate it after you reinstall Studio.
