I bought a license for Studio 2019 over a year ago (with the upgrade to studio 2021) however, for personal reasons, I never got around to upgrading my 2015 license. Now, it won't let me process the upgrade to 2019 (which is the only one available to me). Please help me upgrade my license to Studio 2021.

The upgrade to 2021 needs to be done in 2 steps.
1. First you need to upgrade your license from 2015 to 2019.
2. After the upgrade to 2019 was processed, a new upgrade from 2019 to 2021 will be available and you can process it to obtain the 2021 license.
If you have any errors during the upgrade process please send a screenshot.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried to update my license but I can't get past the 'Process Upgrade' part when trying to upgrade from 2015 to 2019. It keeps returning to the same page:

The upgrade from 2015 to 2019 has been processed from our end. If needed, try to upgrade from 2019 to 2021. If it doesn`t work with a specific browser try with another one.
