Hello,

I am having an issue on one of our computer: I cannot seem to be able to deactivate the license.

The error message I am seeing says:

• Provider error occurred, code: 3. Error[3]: Failed to resolve the server host “SÉBASTIEN”.

I am also getting a second error message but it looks similar:

• Sentinel RMS Development Kit: Error[3]: Failed to resolve the server host “SÉBASTIEN”.

Below are the relevant screenshots (with both messages).

I checked if the Sentinel RMS service was running and it does.

I also tried to deactivate the computer’s firewall but it did not make a difference.

Any idea on how I can bypass the problem? Thank you very much in advance!
