my license get continually deactivated, every time I shut down or restart my computer. I have already asked a reset but every time my PC is restarted the license get deactivated.

The licensing system used by Studio generates a unique Installation ID with each activation of the software. This ID is created based on 2 criteria: Disk ID of the PC and the Ethernet (MAC) Address.
When using USB Tethering internet connection it generates a random MAC Address. Because of this, when you launch Studio, the software believes it's a new installation (PC) and, for safety reasons and to avoid fraud attempt, does not allow to use the license code. This is to prevent to use the same code on multiple PC`s.
I`ve reset your license. Please try to activate it while connected to a Wireless network and normally it should work if you use the USB Tethering internet connection afterwards.
In case it doesn`t, the only solution is to deactivate the license before shutting down your computer and reactivate it when you open it.
Starting Studio 2021, the Ethernet (MAC) Address will not be used for the license activation anymore so this problem will not occur anymore.
