Can't deactivate license – help!

Question

I'm, trying to deactivate my Freelance license for the 2019 version as I'm in the middle of a big assignment on a new computer, but I only get an error when trying to force reset it online. All I get is the response: 
 An error has occurred 
 I could really use some help, quickly! Anyone?

Hello, 
 Your license has been reset, please try to activate it on the new computer. If you want to reactivate the license on the same computer please do the following: 
 
 Close Studio. 
 Go to: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data 
 Rename the file Studio.lic, e.g. to Studio_old.lic. 
 Reactivate Studio. 
 
 Note: If you can't find the path above, open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
