I'm getting a new work laptop and need to install Trados Studio 2019. To activate it, my Professional license needs to be reset I think (I went through the same thing in October 2020). I believe support needs to help me with that?

You can easily reset your own license via your RWS account as follows-
Once you reset the license, wait for about 20 minutes before activating on your new machine.
