I'll try to apply the changes. Do we rename the file randomly (e.g. Studio instead of Studio.lic) in the step : Rename the file Studio.lic  found in folder For Studio 2019: C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio15\Data? Or do you suggest a name for the file?

It doesn't really matter what you rename it- we always suggest just adding _old to the file name.

It will then look like studio_old.lic

When you restart Studio- a new file (studio.lic) will then be created.

This doesn't work, unfortunately... I've followed the steps. My licence is not borrowed, I'm the only user, but Trados Studio won't start. When I try to reactivate the licence with my licence activation number, a message appears : "L'activation a échoué. Aucune licence n'est actuellement disponible pour le code d'activation spécifié", which is false because I have a valid licence. I think I'll need to ask for a licence reset, even if the licence is indeed available for activation... I don't know what else to do...

Thank you both for you help, but I'll try to ask for a licence reset. Unless you know another solution... Can I delete the new file Studio.lic now and rename the Studio_old.lic as it was before, in case it works? It used to work when I restarted my PC, and now restarting doesn't work... Thank you!
