As the title states, I would like to know how I upgrade from a Freelance Starter 365 day subscription to a normal Freelance 365 subscription since after my purchase I unfortunately noticed that the amount of Translation Units in the Starter Termbases is too low for the project that made me buy the license in first place.
But since I've already paid €120 (including VAT) for my Starter license, it would be a real shame if I still had to pay the full €265 (plus VAT) for the normal Freelance sub.
It probably depends on how long you've had the starter licence for and will require some effort behind the scenes to effect this mid-way through the 12-months. Best to contact the CX team through the live chat and they'll be able to help you:
