Professional licenses and Trados Live

Question

We have purchased Trado Live Team and two Professional licenses. I was informed that the licenses would be available through Live Team but I am unable to locate the license info in order to activate the license on my desktop. Can you please advise where I can find the license info or how I can activate the license on my desktop through Live Team?

 You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

 The Trados Studio Professional subscriptions don`t appear in your SDL account, only the perpetual license which is not the case here. 
 Have you tried to activate Studio as described in the article I sent?
