Business manager Lite to Business manager

Hi,

I have purchased the upgrade from Manager Lite to Manager essential and I can't have access to the serial key in order to activate my license.

You can see the message in the attached file and I don't know what to do (I have already desactivated my licence for TBM lite and it's still the same message).
