Make sure you have the correct version of Studio istalled to match the version of the productivity pack you are installing:

Update to version 16.1.7.1848 for Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU7 and above

Check Studio here under Help -> About:

Then check the version of the plugin you installed by looking at the one you downloaded and installed from the appstore:

Why not?  The last one says CU7+ which means all versions higher than CU7.  You have CU8.

Because I can't see the plug in installed in my Trados and also I have no upgrade TM button. Perhaps I don't know that there's a way to activate the plungin

Okay, I know what the problem was. I could not see the button because Upgrade TM was translated into Italian as Prepare TM.
