I need to format my computer and I am trying to deactivate mi SDL Trados 2021 but it always give a message that "there are multiple instances of this application running. Close the other instances before deactivating the license."
I tried to find what "instances" are open, but couldn't find any.
Can you please help me or giving the correct information to deactivate, or deactivate the license for this computer so I can reformate it?
Maybe close your computer, restart and then uninstall? Sounds as though something is holding onto the application so a restart should clear it.

Thanks for information, I already did it many times before, cleaned the computer with AVG Tune up, but nothing did work.
