Hi, I've bought Trados in July 20, but the languages it has are only EN, Jap, FR and German. Nobody told me I could not use MU languages, thich are FR, SP, PT. Please help me, because itis a terrific problem for me. I thlugh Trados was serious. It's not!!!
Presumably you have Trados Studio 2019, but if you purchased in July 2020 then you should have access to Trados Studio 2021. Reason the distinction is important is that with 2019 you choose the five main languages you wish to work with when you install (assuming you have the Freelance edition?), and if yo have 2021 there is no restriction in the available languages you work with.

This is nonsense. My guess would be you opened the sample project that was set up for these languages alone and now you think that's it. If you create your own project what languages are available to you?
