I note that you have a Freelance PLUS license and still have an activation available to use.
Please access your RWS account where you will find the activation code.
Once you have activated Trados Studio- you can then self reset the 'used' activation.

I noticed that you activated the second seat of your license. I`ve now deactivated the other seat and it`s available for activation when needed.
