I've installed SDL Trados Studio 2021 today.
I have a task on GroupShare but I can't open this file because the server told me my ID and/or password are not valid.
How can I do? Are the GroupShare ID and password different from the ones I need to enter on Trados on my pc?

yes, they are different and they will be different for each instance of GroupShare you need to access. This is because GroupShare is owned by your client and not by us.
You will have to speak with your client to get access.
